AlbuRAAS (Serum Albumin) Double Pasteurized

A high purity albumin for volume replacement and protein substitution in intensive medicine, AlbuRAAS is a very high purity preparation of human albumin which is virus inactivated, like all RAAS plasma products, and has an extended storage life of 5 years under refrigeration, or 3 years at temperatures below 30ºC. It is available in concetrations of 10, 20 and 25%. Shanghai RAAS is currently carrying out a clinical study of human albumin in hepatitic disease and surgery, where preliminary results suggest increased survival rates and decreased hospitalization times compared to other types of volume replacement.

GammaRAAS (Intravenous Immune Globulin) Liquid V/I plus NANOFIL

An intravenous globulin for the prevention of infection and the treatment of a wide range of immune disorders. GammaRAAS is a well–tolerated, high purity, double virus–inactivated 5% liquid IVIG preparation with very low IgA content (<0.12mg/mL). Like all RAAS preparations, it is manufactured from the HIV–, HBV– and HCV–PCR screened plasma of remunerated, healthy donors in the PRC who have been vaccinated against hepatitis A and hepatitis B, and contains high titers of these antibodies. The hepatitis B titers of GammaRAAS is in the range of 2.4–3.0 IU per 100mL, making it suitable for indications such as hepatitis B prophylaxis in e.g. liver transplantation and vertical transmission, which is about 5 times higher than many IVIG preparations..

HemoRAAS (Factor VIII, Human, high purity =100 IU/mg) SD plus H

For hemophilia A; HemoRAAS is a double (SD plus dry heat) virus inactivated Factor VIII concentrate, purified by chromatography to a very high specific activity of 100–150 IU per mg of protein. Human albumin is not added as a stabilizer.

ProthoRAAS (Prothrombin Complex Concentrate or Factor IX Complex, Human) SD plus NANOFIL

For acquired coagulation disorders, ProthoRAAS is a double virus–inactivated prothrombin complex concentrate, containing equal concentrations of Factors II, VIII, IX and X, as well as heparin. In China, liver disease accounts for about 80% of its use, although other indications include vitamin K deficiency and reversals of coumarin–based oral anticoagulation. For developing countries, ProthoRAAS provides an accessible source of Factor IX for hemophilia B treatment.

FibroRAAS (Fribinogen, Human) SD plus H

A fibrinogen concentrate for coagulation disorders, especially in gynecology. FibroRAAS is a double (SD plus dry heat) virus–inactivated preparation of human fibrinogen for IV administration in hereditary and acquired hypo–a and dysfibrogenemia as well as for gynecological operations and emergencies.
